Regular volunteers – they work on a regular basis either in the store, at the warehouse, on reception, collecting and delivering goods, carrying out administrative, financial or IT tasks. Usually the regular slots are weekly on one (or more) morning or afternoon. The warehouse roles are mornings only.
Casual volunteers– they may do similar things but when called upon rather than regularly. In particular, we need casual volunteers to help with fund-raising events such as bag-packs, collecting goods from student halls of residence at the end of term, and helping out at busy times such as Christmas or Harvest time.
Drivers/collectors – they are volunteers who collect donations from local supermarkets, businesses and individuals. Drivers would need their own transport and due to the nature of this role they need to be physically fit.
