Although we are unable to take direct requests from anyone – we would ask you to make contact with one of the following services for a referral. They will discuss your issues and look at ways in which you can be supported and usually, if appropriate will make a referral on your behalf to us on the same day for our support.

Go to Customer Services at Kirklees Council, Civic Centre III, High Street, Huddersfield where you can use the phone in reception to call the Local Welfare Provision Team
Contact any support service you are already involved with such as your GP, Housing Services, Lifeline, Connexions, Social Worker, CPN etc. who can call us direct on our referral line Tel: 01484 340034
Go to The Mission Cafe at the Huddersfield Methodist Mission, 3-13 Lord Street, Huddersfield HD1 1QA. They have Advice Workers on site Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. (arrive by 1.30 p.m.) who offer advice, support and can refer you to our service and other specialist services
